CARING FOR YOUR FILM

• Do not roll down any newly tinted windows for at least 24 hours in warmer temperatures and up to 48 hours in cooler temperatures.
• Window films take up to 30 days to cure, during which any residual haziness will fade.
• We recommend cleaning your windows with a soft cloth and plain or mil soapy water.  If ammonia based products come in contact with film’s adhesive, peeling may result.
• Never use abrasives on your window film.

WARRANTY INFORMATION

This Limited Warranty is applicable to professionally installed MaXPro brand Automotive Window Film. Limitations per vehicle are set forth below:

Pro HP Series: MaXPro provides a Limited Warranty against fading, peeling, cracking, adhesive failure, demetalization, and delamination for as long as the original customer retains ownership of the stated vehicle.

Pro Plus CP Series: MaXPro provides a Limited Warranty against fading, peeling, crackling, adhesive, failure, demetalization, and delamination for as long as the original customer retains ownership of the stated vehicle.

MaXPro’s obligation under this warranty is limited to replacement of products conforming to the original product. This warranty is valid only when the products are used in compliance with all applicable state and provincial laws.  Installation of this product in a manner that violates state or provincial laws is a misuse of the product and voids all warranties, expressed or implied, including but not limited to the warranty of merchantability. MaXPro shall not be liable in any manner to meet state or provincial rules or regulations.

This warranty is considered validated if the online format at http://maxprofilms.com/warranty (or its successor) has been correctly submitted within 30 days of installation. This warranty is limited to the original customer and is non-transferable.

To Make A Claim: Retain the warranty form generated by the online system and proof of purchase in order to process any claim. Any customer desiring warranty service should contact the nearest authorized MaXPro installer or write to MaXPro (2733 N. Power Rd., Ste. 102 PMB232, Mesa, AZ 85215-1683.) If you choose to contact your professional installer who installed the product, they can, with your permission, contact MaXPro on your behalf for advance authorization for a repair or replacement.

Window Film Care: Maintenance should be followed to extend the life and appearance of your MaXPro Automotive Film, as well as maintain your warranty coverage. Do not roll down filmed windows for at least 24 hours in warmer temperatures and up to 48 hours in cooler temperatures. Do not use abrasive cleaners or coarse cloths; use a soft cloth and plain or mild soapy water. Do not allow ammonia based products to come in contact with the film.

THERE ARE NOT OTHER WARRANTIES EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. THIS WARRANTY APPLIES ONLY TO MANUFACTURING QUALITY. The installer is solely responsible for the quality of the installation on your vehicle.
